ACH payments

Get paid by bank transfer for 20 cents.

The bigger the invoice, the more ACH saves.

A card fee is a percentage, so it grows with every dollar you bill. ACH is flat. Slide the invoice amount and watch the gap.

You keep — more on this one invoice.

ACH is $15/month + $0.20 per transaction. A single ~$507 invoice paid by ACH instead of card covers the whole month.

FAQ

Questions we hear every day

Don't see your question? Ask us directly — there's usually a solution, even for the exceptions.

What does ACH cost?

ACH is $15 a month plus $0.20 per transaction. That’s it — no percentage of the invoice. On a $5,000 job, that’s twenty cents instead of roughly $150 on a card.

How long do ACH payments take?

ACH payments move through the banking network, so they typically take a few business days to settle, longer than a card. That’s why ACH is best for invoices, deposits, and recurring billing rather than at-the-counter sales.

Should I still take cards?

Yes. Most businesses offer both. Cards are best for paying on the spot, and with dual pricing or surcharging the card fee is covered. ACH is best for large or recurring invoices. We’ll help you set up both so customers can choose.

Can I charge customers automatically every month?

Yes. With the customer’s authorization, you can store a card or bank account on file and schedule payments weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually — ideal for maintenance agreements, service plans, and memberships. Recurring ACH keeps the cost to twenty cents per payment.

I use QuickBooks Online. How hard is it to switch?

It’s the easiest setup we do. Our processing plugs right into QuickBooks Online, so you keep invoicing exactly the way you do today. Customers pay from the invoice, and payments post back to QuickBooks automatically — no double entry.

Move your big invoices to ACH.

Send us a recent processing statement — or just your monthly card volume — and we’ll show you, side by side, what dual pricing, surcharging, and a lower rate would put back in your pocket.
